Unfortunately, the project is now experiencing an <strong>unexpected delay<\/strong> due to the requirement to relocate multiple utility lines within the construction zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-s-happening-amp-why\">What\u2019s Happening &amp; Why<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bridge construction will be temporarily suspended<\/strong> until the utility line relocations are completed (estimated in about <strong>three weeks<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The relocation work <strong>will not interrupt utility service<\/strong> for any residents \u2014 there will be no outage during the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Because <strong>no active construction work<\/strong> is scheduled during this delay period, <strong>the City cannot provide traffic control<\/strong> assistance along York Street.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prevent vehicles from diverting through the Community during this period, <strong>York Street will be fully closed<\/strong> (Monday through Sunday) for the next three weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During the full closure, residents should use <strong>Teller Avenue<\/strong> for ingress and egress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once construction resumes, York Street will again be closed\u2014but only during <strong>normal work hours (Monday\u2013Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout, the Association is maintaining <strong>open collaboration with the City of Irvine and Irvine PD<\/strong> to ensure that the community stays safe and informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-this-matters-to-you-residents-amp-property-owners\">Why This Matters to You (Residents &amp; Property Owners)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a trusted property management firm, True Property Management understands that infrastructure disruptions can ripple into everyday life and property values.
