Through the new program, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kurtrealestate.com\/orange-county-hot-buys\">homebuyer<\/a> credit scores can see a positive boost with up to 24 months of on-time rental payments. Now, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.truepropertymanagers.com\/\">True Property Management<\/a> will be offering this as a service through their new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.truepropertymanagers.com\/true-resident-benefits-package\">Resident Benefit Package<\/a>. As a part of the package, True will do positive credit reporting on behalf of their tenants to help boost their credit so, when the time comes, they may qualify to buy a home with a good interest rate.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Roughly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insidemortgagefinance.com\/articles\/222151-fannie-improves-homebuying-options-for-renters\">17% of rejected mortgage applicants<\/a>&nbsp;could have been approved if their rental payment history was considered. But so far,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.freddiemac.com\/perspectives\/lauren_garren\/20211103_paying_rent.page\">less than 10% of renters<\/a>&nbsp;see their rental history reflected in their credit report.
